Starting point

WT Grupa was established as a positive example of merging two successful and stable companies: WELL d.o.o. Rijeka and Tumeo d.o.o. Rijeka. The idea of merging companies arose in response to the economic crisis in the 2008-2011 market, especially in the civil engineering market, with the aim of strengthening competitiveness in the domestic market and in the markets of BiH, Montenegro, Serbia and Macedonia.

By associating co-owners through the WT grupa, much better systematization of customers and suppliers has been enabled, unit operating costs have been reduced, especially through the costs of purchasing goods, dependent costs of import and storage and further distribution of goods to end customers.

Furthermore, each of the co-owners in his professional development positioned himself in one segment of the market in which he was accepted and recognized. If we look at market segmentation through types of hydraulic hammers, the merger has achieved a presence in most parts of the market, ie in several market segments, thus achieving the possibility of offering goods and services for almost all types / models of hydraulic hammers and parts. Increasing market share while reducing unit operating costs and taking a leading role in several market segments was the basic vision when founding the WT Grupa, which was largely achieved within the first and especially the second year of operation.
